Corporate Governance

The concept of "corporate governance" is usually taken to mean the regulations and structure established to lead and manage a public limited company in an efficient and controlled manner. 

CellaVision is a Swedish public limited company with its head office in Lund. The company share is listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. The management, leadership and control of CellaVision is divided between the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors of the company, the CEO, Swedish limited company legislation, the applicable articles of association, and the Swedish code for corporate governance. CellaVision has applied this code since the trading in CellaVision shares was moved to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm on May 31 2010, and aims to follow the code completely from the Annual General Meeting 2011.
